Oakland Certified Shirts were created by Oaklanders to showcase young Oakland artists and designers and teach them the skills they need to capitalize on their talent and become entrepreneurs. The shirts' positive message seeks to unite all neighborhoods in Oakland and teach young people to positively impact their city by honoring the legacy of those who came before them and representing Oakland with postitivity.
