Every year Art and Soul showcases amazing talent and brings together a true cross section of the Bay Area. This year was no exception. There was something for everyone! Music buffs, art enthusiasts, foodies, dance devotees and all around Oakland lovers - the young and young at heart; could get their fill of everything that makes Oakland noteworthy! Below is just some of the experience from Sunday, August 4th. Art and Soul continues to prove why it is rightly regarded as one of the best festivals in the country!!!
